Naw if he wins the Scudetto he deserves it imo. At that point he would have won a Scudetto and Supercoppa. Still in the Coppa as things stand right now, if he also wins that then I don’t see how anyone could complain. He would be a proven winner at that point. Winners get paid.

If he wins another title this season, with this motley squad, he deserves a contract extension, but raise should be reserved for next season when we see how better he does. I don't wish to give out higher wages prematurely, when he could easily be another Spalletti, good coach, but not a great one.

The squad isn't as good as it was last year, but neither is the fight, ambition, or drive in this team. They quit when things don't go their way and they half ass vs teams that they're expected to beat. Conte's teams played every opponent at max effort. This is completely his fault. He can't turn this around. He was a mediocre coach at Lazio and he's proving that likely won't be any different here.
