The pressure on Inzaghi is probably higher than it should because we are fighting Milan for the title now , who on paper are a weaker team than us so we shouldnt lose the title to them
If it were Juve , with a roster which is probably noticeably better then ours we wouldn't bitch so much and probably would say that inzaghi is doing a great work with a weaker team than Conte

I'm slowly again coming to his side but still think he could have managed much better the hell period we were in february and march. We were like a bull in china shop every game in that period.

Let's face it, the problems fixed by themselves with Brozo coming back into the starting lineup. The notion that Inzaghi changed something/figured something out is just coping with the reality that if Brozo is out again, we'll be back into banter era form. Inzaghi was just a bystander for 2 months and it's a fact.

Because the problem wasnt tactical. He played well in Feb, just couldnt get results due to bad finishing and I dont think it’s on Inzaghi. And when we kept not getting results, it eventually cracked our confidence and we started playing badly. That was the point when we risked a full meltdown. Fortunately, we held ourselves together until our fortune turned around.

Once we gritted through that juve game, I knew the team’s back. Good job to Inzaghi and everyone for not letting the bad forms spiral out of control.

Nah, I think you are being too harsh, we had brozo in some of those games we lost, so I don't think its just him missing that fucked us. I wouldn't reduce it to just that. Besides, brozo is an animal of a player, every coach would have problems replacing him.

He just needed to be more cunning in some of those games, like conte was. Maybe even rotate more in that period, purposely neglect some of the games even, where we were on max. like napoli, atalanta or liverpool in favor of the derby game against milan for example, when we all knew even back then milan is our most serious contender. That sort of thing...

Not really. Tonali, Calabria, Tomori, Maignan are very fine players, plus they've been together as a group for 2+ years under the same coach and system. so all in all were about level.

It's been said that Inter is one of the hardest teams to manage, we all saw Contes semi meltdowns in his first trophyless season. So what I'm getting at is we're in a positive moment right now, so let's look at the many positives and back inzaghi instead calling him a coward or a choke artist or suffering an aneurysm anytime
he fields Dzeko.

Conte has melt downs almost everywhere. I wouldn't use that as a sign.

Pressure is on inzaghi cause of where we were before the derby. We could have finished the race off.

Overall he has done a decent job for the first season. Win the Scudetto and it becomes an excellent one.

Decent is like 6/10 (Marco Rose at Dortmund, @Il Drago knows what I'm talking bout).

I give Inzaghi 7.5 right at this point, simply because i can't think of many coaches who can do better with what he was handed down. That includes Klopp, Simone and Guardiola. Allegri and Spalletti flopped with better squads, Conte ran away. Pioli failed here once. The GOAT would complain about lack of depth (especially in midfield and attack).

Sarri?

So when you put it in context, Inzaghi's done an admirable job.

It depends from which point you want to look.
If it's from before the season started then he has done extremely well. If you look at where we before the derby then you aren't very happy.

The truth is probably somewhere between the two.

Dont sack him please. He is ideal for Suning and this whole situation in club. We can fight for top 4 and thats it,Inzaghi can do that. Forget about scudetto with this owners.

So will the new coach be next season? After this epic choke in losing the scudetto he will surely not stay.

He is extremely limited anyways.

People said Conte had no plan B, this doesnt even a plan A-0,5.

What a complete joke of a coach.

Not Simone's fault if Radu decided to not use his hand to pick up the ball. Both Calha and Barella were massively off today. Vidal and Gosens weren't available. He already played 3 strikers - did everything right by the book. What else could he do?

Ive never seen a coach who fails to adapt more than Inzaghi.

Inter were brilliant in the first 30 minutes, then Bologna adapted, yet this joke of coach failed to respond.

He will never be a top class coach, that much is certain.

Inter will never win anything of importance with this oaf as a coach.

Inzaghi has always been a choker, this is nothing new. That was my biggest fear when we hired him.

today it was not his fault..that fucking lautaro misses 3 clear chances to end the game in the first half. It is not his fault that we have fucking dimarco and Radu as subs

I have a hard time blaming him for today. Even his substitutions were the right moves.

Starting Dimarco over Bastoni left us too vulnerable at the back. Not sure what Bastoni's fitness situation is.
