Players respect big achievers and champions. Inzaghi has nothing on his resume. I swear Gattuso would have done better. I would like to see Pirlo even if it means changing the formation to 4-4-2

Apart from the loss in the derby, which always sucks, there were two worrying signs.

- Complete lack of organization in defence. Utterly pathetic display by all the defenders
- Extended dead period during the game that team looked lost and passive

Also his subs came late, as usual. Most coaches would have intervened after 2-1 to break Milan's momentum. Instead he waited till 3-1.

Also the fact so many players look out of form is a reason for concern regarding the coach.

Defense was really badly set up today. Concentration needs to be higher and he needs to address this.

Our main problem is that we do not have a player who can beat anyone else on the dribble. We had Perisic last year but he was also running up and down the entire pitch. Milan had Leao and we had nothing.


He had Felipe Anderson at Lazio who was capable of this. That's how you unlock defenses. Leao split our defense several times with just a touch.

I’ve had it with the 3-5-2. The formation won’t work without elite wingbacks. After this year sell De Vrij and switch to a back 4. Dumfries is a natural RB and Dimarco can play LB til we bring in a full time replacement. Unless Conte or Tuchel hit their head and decide to come here the back 3 needs to go.

Problem is that we cant play on counter when we have snails upfront. It can work against Cremonese but against stronger teams no way.
