By far our worst team since 2017. UCL be damned this team just isn’t very good. I have little to no faith in a top four spot. Possibly not even EL.

Summary of the game:

We started okay with dual regista (Calha+Mkhi) and a free Barella. Smart and caught Juve off guard. But Allegri stuck with his sneaky football and let us walk all over them as long as they don't concede a goal. With time passes, Inzaghi started doing his default yellow card subs. We lost our balance. One lapse of concentration and game over.

In our next 9 games we have atalanta and Napoli (these two in our next three) then we have milan twice in the next 6. How many does he have to lose to get sacked?

If we are serious, we were the better team in this match. We controlled the match more. But Juve did what is Allegri's plan, defend defend defend and find a counter or two to score. And that's what they did.

I can't fault Inzaghi too much on this. Of course we could have been better right from the start, but we created some chances. Lautaro should have equalized and it would have been a totally different game.

Maybe the fault for Inzaghi is he hasn't trained the team better to avoid these situations we end up getting like these counters and picking stupid decisions in key moments.

Come on, we say that after almost every big game.

We are talking here as if every chance should be a goal. Lautaros was a half chance in the first half. The only one we really should have scored was dumfries. Lautaros in the second half, we were already in a position we shouldn't have been.

Onana made a miracle save on kostic, we got a very lucky Var call to disallow a goal.

The team was at walking pace in the first half for the majority. Unacceptable. You seen in the first half barella doing a press and going crazy because no one followed, why was the team disjointed? Not following his instructions?

After their goal we totally lost ourselves, he waited another 25 minutes to make a change.

He's picked up 0 points against juve, milan, Lazio, Roma. We have a worse defence than Lecce. How can you not point the finger at him!?!

I'm very jealous of lazio. Look at what sarri is doing there with a way worse squad and team. They are actually improving and building, we are heading the other way.

Everything has pointed to Barca matches being an anomaly. Maybe it's because Barca's defence is fucking garbage.

Every other "big" team we get destroyed.

The mistake was we lost ourselves after the goal yes, but what can Inzaghi do there? There was Dumfries chance, hard to finish but anywhere well created. Barella not fouling Kostic when he should in that goal. It wasn't like they were having counters left and right, they weren't. We kill that play, we good. Lautaro chance to equalize.

It was more about individual mistakes than bad system or anything.

Agree on the first half being lackluster at the start. I think we need to train more mentally the situations when we concede a goal.

Inzaghi's record is indeed terrible when it comes to big opponents or "big" opponents. But only direction from here is up.

What they're doing at Lazio really exposed Limone. They're not at all worse without him. They even let him take Correa and Acerbi and got better.

Oh the optimism. I'll see you here next Sunday when atalanta beat us. We can certainly get lower. Bologna might do a job as well.

Regarding the first flat half. On top of this, we played a day earlier than juve and rested the entire 11 almost, and they finished stronger. Says a lot about our conditioning again under inzaghi

Missing top4, if happens, would be a disaster. We would reset back to the banter era regarding finance, players quality, coefficient points etc. etc.

And we cannot reach that spot if you get literally zero points versus the direct rivals. The later the worse because Inzaghi's gungho style will gas out our players before our opponents.

The most annoying thing now is that because we qualified in CL, he gonna get huge credit from our management clowns, we fucking lost to every team that in our "level" in the league, fucking pathetic..

Inzaghi got 3rd place and Round of 16 CL with Lazio, so not a given yet that they'll reach that with Sarri. They're doing well so far, but it also wouldn't be a surprise to see them finish in Europa League places again. They also finished 3rd in Europa League in a not so tough group.

Out of 5 seasons, Simone did this once. Let's not make it as if it was a regular thing with him there. For what it's worth he wasn't even third, he finished 4th that season.

Fair enough, but again, I don't see how it's a given that Sarri does that even within his first 5 seasons as coach.

at least without Champions League at hand, it will trigger Zhang/Suning to leave the Meazza, of course their money-milking machine wouldn't work without Champions League money....

0 points vs Roma, Lazio, Milan and Juve. Grande!
Wait for Atalanta and Napoli 😁

This match remind me of the Milan's game past season. Total domination in the first half, and conceding two easy goals in the second.

When was the last time we lost vs Juventus, Milan, Roma and Lazio in the first half of season? Can't remember we ever did before him.
I checked back to 1960 and couldn't find a single one. I'm not hopeful to find any if I go past 1960.
