Slovenian U17 Player For Academy

MILAN - Slovenian Under-17 midfielder Rene Krhin, born on 21 May 1990, has joined Inter's academy on a permanent contract from Nk Maribor Branik. He will play for the Allievi Nazionali (Under-17) team, coached by Daniele Bernazzani (pictured). As part of the same deal, Ivorian winger Abdoulaye Diarra, born on 10 Octover 1986, moves to Nk Maribor Branik on loan. Since joining Inter's academy in 2002, Diarra has played for the club's Allievi, Juniores and Primavera teams.

He is second Slovenian player to join Inter this year!Maybe it has something to do with Morratis visit here a few monts ago.

From what I have read he is an attacking central midfielder. Haven't seen any footage of him so I have no idea personally.

I played against him in U-16 when he was 2 years younger then the rest and he was very good already then. His play is similar to Vieira's. He's good on the ball and also helps defending.

And you knew Khrin his name before he became 'famous' and remembered it for 2 or even more years? On amateur level I never knew or remembered the names of my opponents.

I'm Slovenian btw.

I played for my local team and we played many matches against Maribor for which Rene played. I remembered him because he was 2 yrs younger then the rest and he schooled us quite a lot of times.

I also played against that goalkeeper Belec and some other who are in other Italian primavera teams.
