This snake/dragon I see in inter flags bothers me. Where does it come from?

Why does it bother you??? Anyway, I don't know where does it from. :D All I know is that the snake/serpent is to Inter what zebra/wolf is to Juve/Roma.

The red cross on a white background is the flag of Milano, and the Serpent is it's most represented creature. In fact, if you look at the all too familiar Alfa Romeo logo (a car company from Milano), they have the flag and the snake in it.

As Inter prides itself on being from the city of Milano, they have adopted the snake as it's mascot.

Check out these 2 pictures - coreografia depicted by the Curva Nord, showing both the Serpente and the flag.

I particularly liked one that said "creo l'inferno ma non lo supperto" which i got it translated to " i created hell, but not the support." It doesn't make perfect sense but you get the meaning. ;)

You forgot: "...nacque biscione è la Curva Nord." Which means, "Created by the fires of hell (Referring to Milan) but I'm not supporting them. Thus was born the Curva Nord."
