This sounds unbelievable, In worst case it must be 10 out of 15.
This is fucking unbelievable.
The last 5:

Some will say that we play better against good teams but Inzaghi has to set new records :yao:

Thank God for that indeed. We wanted De Zerbi (a bad fit for our current squad imo) but we were too late. The most likely replacement would have been Stankovic. :D

I agree unless there's a complete meltdown in the following matches the best option remains finishing the season with Inzaghi. But past this season we need to move on from Inzaghi. It's just not working.
Dr zerbi, please. Get him booked for the summer.

Alternative is probably sarri. Both horrible fits but there are no good 3-5-2 managers that are possible.
We are losing skriniar so we can move to a back 4. Di Marco lb and darmian rb.
Sign Zaha and lucas moura as free agents and that's the winger problem solved. It's time.

Inzaghi was an idiot for not starting or Hakan or Dimarco. Our best players with crosses

It seems like Lukaku looks for confirmation by Inzaghi, who shall take the penalty, but mister Good guy kept silent.

wasn't Handa the captain?

In this game yes but Lautaro has been the captain in recent games and they plan to give him the armband next season. If you consider yourself a leader of this team then the least you can do is going to the fans and apologize for the result.

I disagree with this. Both management and Inzaghi have been stating that clearly, that captain is Handanovic, on and off the pitch. Lautaro proactively stealing that role from Handa would be considered as disrespect towards the latter in my book. I'm sure if Lautaro was wearing the armband in that match, not only would he go to the fans to salute them, we would also not lose that match.

There you go, if you'd just put the armband on Lautaro at the beginning of 2021, he wouldn't have then gone on to then miss 50 (FIFTY!) percent of his penalties.

1) You see a lot of players in that video whom aren't captains of Inter go and apologize to the fans. Whether you're wearing a piece of fabric or not doesn't magically prohibit or keep you from being accountable to travelling, paying supporters.
2) Also, whether you're wearing a piece of fabric or not shouldn't keep you from doing your outmost. If that's sincerely your point, then that's one of the most stupid excuses I've ever heard. If Lautaro can't do his outmost without the armband - which, as we've seen, is clearly not the case - then the solution would be to sell him, not give him the armband.

He might be a leader in this locker room, but that tells you more about the locker room than it does Lautaro. He is not, or at least shouldn't be considered captain material if things were better.

Unfortunately penalties are an attribute that Lautaro sucks at, for now, but it's not something he can't improve. However, he has other attributes which are as important, but haters are gonna pick on him for missing penalties. It's alright.

1) I agree that he should have joined the team to give tributes to the fans, but it's not something that has been happening many times. I'm sure he didn't do it to anger the fans. Must have been frustrated with his performance and just didn't have the mood. Give him a break for fucking sake. Too much shit has been poured on him after the WC.

2) As some fifers have noticed, changing the armband constantly doesn't do good for the team's perception on the captain's role and I totally agree with that. More so when you give that armband to someone who has passed his best years and has never been good at commanding over the defense. With Onana on the goal line, perhaps defenders would have had better communication and thus would not have let Maldini score. Perhaps they would have been braver in joining the attack, therefore it would have resulted in a better outcome. You are doubting Lautaro's commitment based on one match where he couldn't score a penalty, but he was running and dealing pressure on the opponent's defenders until the last minute as he usually does. If giving him the armband makes him perform better I'm personally ok with that. Cause for some players it's not even a motivation, they would play at the same shit level regardless of wearing the armband or not.

There is a thread
I don't know if I've fucked something up somehow but it never appears on the new posts thread for me and struggling to find it even in the match thread. Very weird. Anyone else having issues?
