Another masterful performance against Barcelona, and they might offer us De Jong for him as he reminds them of their legends Xavi and Iniesta.

Milan passed up on signing him. Make sure you all remember that.

As things stand we wouldn't make that exchange without some serious bucks heading our way, De jong is a good player but I always thought he is overated as hell and Sensi is just WOW

But they have Kessie who is big and strong. And good enough to do part time work on blacked feeding it to those little white broads. Who needs Sensi when you have someone like that?

It would certainly explain a lot but no it was simply a response to a certain pessimistic user saying Kessie and Bakayoko (when he was still around) would dominate our tiny and useless midfielders.

6 games, 3 goals, 4 assists.:strong:
But but but he was unknown and signed from a small club, so it doesn't count.

He’s a Sassuolo player, so those stats count towards Serie B.

To my memory, Milan did not seriously consider getting him. They offered something like 2 year loan with a bit of money. We went straight for something like 30m obligation.

That didn't stop you or the majority of people here from declaring Sensi a great player after games against Lecce and Cagliari and Udinese and Milan and Lazio and Sampdoria.

But then hypocrisy and FIF go hand in hand.

hehe

I read that it was Leonardo who wanted him.

Once he knew he was gonna move on, they stopped perusing him as Maldini wasn’t sure if Sensi was the right one to buy.

The fee to make him a permanent signing, could be the best money spent this season.

I recall Milan fans saying "we let Sensi go because we have better things planned". Namely, they thought they were getting Ceballos, Torreira, Isco, Kovacic and SMS, but ended up with relegated Empoli's midfield.
