diamond 4 man midfield basically no chance.

You can do:
4-1-2-1-2

or
5-4-1

but 4 cntral middfielders means no width. It's not a tactic anyone uses, for good reasons. Even with two great wing backs, you're just depleting yourself in attack.

Only 1 striker doesn't sound good either.

I think the best thing for us with regards to sensi is to loan him out to another club (esp.laliga) and include some kind of apps clause that will oblige the team to sign him for a plusvalenza fee once he reaches the apps target. Otherwise it will be a loss keeping him here, looking at his injury history, he will hardly be any better. Besides, is there a way to solve an injury problem in a player? Never heard of it, I think it's just based on luck.

But that is not possible. To loan him out, we will have to make him sign some documents. If he holds a pen, he will get injured and the deal will fall though

Enough of the jokes. Sensi played over 75 minutes in a tough match. He will play a fair bit more this season, probably the first choice off the bench, and may even start some. He should fight for his future at Inter.

Him being fit should be enormous boost in the end of the season. We are 4 wins away from securing the scudetto, and we need all the depth we have to push for it. Hopefully he stays fit for the next season as well.

If Sensi and Vidal both get fit before the Juve game, I believe we could even win Roma and Juve matches.

I was seriously concerned when he ran into his own team mate and rolled around on the ground for a brief second.

I thought it was all over.

Lets play with the thought of Sensi getting fit for the season 21/22 like his first games in his first season kind of fit. Wouldn't you guys say our chances to do good in CL would drastically increase?

IMHO, based on what I saw of sensi of the little time he played in the beginning of last season, he is more talented than barella, in fact including eriksen, barella might be better physically but with the ball and technically he is no match with sensi. He reminds me of iniesta - that silkiness, technical dribbling, creativity, awesome first touch- He was just superb, and one of the few modern species of cmfs, the evolving types, the one with rare technical ability of an attacker or winger.
I think if sensi had stayed fit and without a lot of injuries from last season up until now, the story would have been so different, He would have been our best midfielder not barella, we would have done better last season and even this season, we won't be talking of defensive football now. If I could remember clearly last season, the midfield trio of sensi, barella and brozovic didn't play for a long time and this was one of the huge detriment to our team's growth and results. So guys, just imagine what would have happened if the aforementioned midfield trio had stayed fit and played together for a long time just like our current defensive trio?

No need to see Xavi or Iniesta in Sensi. He is fragile and thats the end of it. At best he is 20-25 games a season player. Thats it.

I remember in early part of last season. Sensi was much more superior to Barella in our team. But, Sensi was benched in NT while Barella got the starting position. I was like, what the hell is Mancini thinking.

Could have had at least one assist from Lautoro’s shot at post or Lukaku’s header.

Overall a positive game, keep it up, grande Sensi.

He should watch more Eriksen how to shot on goal.

I am sure there are things they can learn from one another, i.e. Eriksen learning to make runs into the box and Sensi learning to shoot, no harm in both.

He was ok till we got to the final third of the field. We should only start him after we’ve been able to mathematically secure the title.

Till then, he needs to work hard in training to find the Sensi that we were going wild about at the start of the 19/20 season.

Did decently today. A few excellent passes and movements.

He's clearly a bit rusty in his end product as can be expect and his influence dropped off massively after the strong start.

Considering that he is out of form and haven't had regular playing time, he did great.

Positive performance today given that he have not started a game since September. He will be much better when he find his fitness.

For now, giving decent performance without injury already a big progress for him.
