I'm sure half of that's not true. How could a team that's top of the table have so many people throwing hissy fits? But if it is true I think we can see why Guarin is so loved by every Inter coach.

I need a homosexual picture with Ljajic, Jovetic and Mancini right now in Inter's Instagram to relieve myself.

He refers to the honeymoon between the coach and the players, and players with players. We all saw the harmony between the players were great and everybody seemed happy with each others and atmoshpere were great with all those crowd saluting after every match, and the dressing room group pics after the games, etc. Let's hope this is not true because it will affect our run to stabilize our form.

First of all, fuck Gazzetta.

I read that crap on their website and it's not different from the Daily Mail's fanfiction passed around as news. At one point the writer actually says "Their eyes met and the atmosphere became less breathable..." :yao:

Then what? He slowly unhooked her bra? :yao:

Even if some of it is true there's nothing unusual with a player being unhappy.

Anyway, like WLEXT said here's an official statement by the club:

F.C. Internazionale issues statement to deny rumors which began circulating today

MILAN - Inter are top of the table and just lost one game yesterday. Some perfectly normal dressing-room situations have been blown out of proportion this evening and made out to be events that never actually took place.

As Roberto Mancini said via his Twitter account, "People shouldn't be making up alleged or rumoured splits or fallings-out within the team. The lads have been fantastic up until now and we're still top of the league."

I realise, but typically a honeymoon period lasts like 2 months at most. After that it transitions from honeymoon to actual mentality.

They would write that no matter if it's true or not. It the was the right moment for sensational news and they took it.

To be honest that rumor was too specific (with what and where each player said) to be a total BS. Maybe GDS are adding a bit spice to it but I wouldn't say it's total BS.

Even Mancini himself admitted that there was something "normal dressing-room situations have been blown out of proportion". So there was something but according to Mancini, it was blown out of proportion.

Also, it would be completely understandable to have such arguments after such an embarrassing loss. But does Mancini have the required man-management skills to keep the group together?

I didn't like what I read about Ljajic because I really want him to get his shit together and succeed at Inter but if the report is true and he in fact had such an attitude, I say ship his ass back to Roma at the end of the season.

If that thing about Jovetic is true, all I can say is that I expected more from him.

A long interview from Jojo. He believes in the Scudetto...

Stevan Jovetic stood in centre in a long interview with Mediaset Premium and here’s what he had to say about his move to Inter:

“The truth is that Juve wanted me and talked to my agent many times but Inter was more interested. I want to make one thing clear, when I was in Fiorentina they wrote ‘By Firenze, I’m going to Juve’. I wanted to deny all of this, I passed five splendid years at Firenze but I could never say such a thing. I got a phonecall by Ausilio and then by Mancini who presented their project. Inter is an important team that has won a lot and I knew that it could be the perfect match for me after the two years at City where I haven’t got a lot of playing time.”

‘Jojo’ went on to talk about the relation with the coach and the president:

“Mancini wanted me at Manchester as well but then the transfer didn’t go through. Destiny made us get together here at Inter, we are good and have a good relation. His work hasn’t been easy because there were many new players but we are doing well. He asks the strikers to help out a lot in defense. Thohir? His gentle words are always great to hear. The president is always leaving us messages which makes us feel that he cares and is close. We need to try to thank him by winning games.”

Jovetic continues with talking about the scudetto:

“We are in the top and want to keep on doing well. We will do our best to keep on being protagonists and for myself I hope to make many assists and score many goals. I have no fear in pronouncing the word Scudetti. I believe in it and if I didn’t I would stay at home. I didn’t expect Inter to be at top before Christmas, but it’s good like this, it’s thanks to the work we’ve done. We’re a great group, we’re five teams that will fight until the end. Juve is the favorite because they’re gaining momentum, then there’s Roma, Napoli and Fiorentina.”

About his experience in Fiorentina, Jovetic has the following things to say:

“At Firenze I felt great. Together with the town I was born in, Podgorica, Firenze is the town that has taken my heart. They welcomed me greatly, now I have to play against them but I’m a professional. With Fiorentina I scored my best goal in Italy, against Inter, a goal that Handanovic will remember. And also the most important goal, against Sporting to go to the Champions League.”

Jovetic commented the much talked about “problems” with Icardi:

“People talk, but we have a great relation. We will score many goals and we will improve a lot, also because we’ve only played six or seven games together.”

Jovetic concluded by talking about the “Inter-IC” and Ljajic in particular:

“After Fiorentina I hoped to play together with him again, we have been friends for many years. When I was playing with the seniors at Partizan and he was a youngster, I could see straight away that he was great. When I joined Inter and they asked me about him, I just said what I thought. We hope to score a lot and to win together. The others? We’re al friends outside the field but this goes for all of the team, without the team you don’t get results even though you have the best players. Brozovic? He doesn’t even talk a lot with us, but he is a great guy. A true character.”

It is hard to play well when you are constantly closed down by 2-3 players. After teams figure out Jovetic is the only our creativity source, they dedicate multiple players to close him down
