Either he wants to stay or he's just waiting for Sevilla. According to some reports, Inter had accepted a 16m offer from Brighton for Jovetic but he rejected it as he wants to stay at Inter. He also rejected an offer from Newcastle.

Sevilla (and Valencia) are a bunch of quack cunts. But it's a smart move. They know Jovetic wants to go to Sevilla, they know there's not a lot of competition for him and that time is running out for us to sell him.
