Missed lowered estimates by a lot and also missed on rather bearish takes....
Like my numbers were low last time i checked lower than the lowest of the big ws firms and they even missed my numbers.....
Than again a lot of the upside comes from orange man and bessnet talking nonsense on tarifs

Atl east PCE is looking good than gain the effects of all this tariff nonsens will only be seen in later Qs. But core PCE being as expectd can be taken as a positive thus far although still above the 2% target so Imho still not great for those sepculating on lower rates

Meta just like goog with a pretty damn good Q1 but again these tech names will be hit with this chaos the latest so it was expected....
nAsdaq on the run again... I did buy some longer dates puts at the open... Might get destroyed depending on who says what out of the admin but i feel it s a decent gamble at these levels

Everything is a gamble right now. You never know when you're going to wake up to an industry shattering decision. Stock picking is akin to throwing a dart in this environment. Sincerely, apparently we're taxing movies filmed abroad now.

It super clear market Manipulation at this point. I just think it's funny how he went everything from china has a 10 billion % tariff.... except apple iPhones ..... I don't want to get assassinated for making the iPhone 17 too expensive . I don't know if I mentioned this before but a coworker of mine bought golf clubs from china for $600. Paid for them and when they got to the US he was told he had to pay $650 more because of the tariff. That is wild....

my wife and I bought a sectional from Macys like 8 months ago. Still hasn't come in from Thailand or vietnam. Wonder if they are going to try the same thing with us. Tho Macys is a major US retailer so hope not.

he is picking winners and losers. Or at least trying to heard Canada and a lot of countries around the world are boycotting American products now.

yea I bought a ton of apple at around 180s, Disney at 87 now 113, Nvidia at mid 90s now its like 140, and other things that were going down 20% per day haha.

I do not sell stock for the most part. Got to a point pretty much can live off dividends. I do only invest in dividend stocks now.

If my broker wants to buy non dividends stocks he can but It has just never been my strategy. Mine is buy big blue chips in the dip and hold them because of their attractive dividend. I also transfer anything in my broker directed account to my account that I invest if the gains are insane. I think Nvidia was at like 1000% when he bought it. I was like yea... not selling that transfer it over.

Yields rising again up untill now it s been a good move to go long once they get close to those 5%...... question is will this hold and wtf is gonna happen if we spike past those 5%....
