LOL that fucken dollar dooms day scenario is so fucken dumb jet with every crisis it gets loud again.... Go ahead do your settlements in some BRIC currency and see how long it lasts...

Then again US politicians are currently making it easy to run with that narrative.

As you may know, I studied international economics in my undergrad.. and one of the hottest debates at that time was Greece/Germany economy cycles (basically ECB would tighten during a recession which is a disaster).. now imagine brazilians, russians, indians, china and south africa having a unified monetary system, an economy of 3 commodity exporters, 2 importers.. all with their own cycles of economy.. with different and competing interests.. and yeah

I can't even be arsed to delve deeper its so outlandish.

Came here to say this fucken tradrs are on some kind of mix of cocain and steroid wtf bidding up this already way overvalued company 30% LOL fucken AI hype....
Then again when you raise guidance by fucken 50% out of no where...
Also keep in mind that these shits already doubled this year on the AI Hype once again we re not close to the bottom. Meanwhile their gaming division is down 38%.... But as long as mgm point to a new shiny thing nobody cares...
Gonna be a nice long and hard fall....
Who would have though that nvda ever lands in my short book... still a bit to early though...

I remember reading this quote:

"in the short term, disruption is overrestimated, in the long run under-estimated".

I feel same will be with AI, just this be the mother of all bubbles, but the grandmother of all disruption. Just strap in bois we are about to see alot of AI shitcos, don't fight it, join the way up, get out midway, and watch it crash. Rinse and repeat bois.

yeah I learned my lesson trying to short that shit, I'll stay the hell away. was going to buy a couple of deep OTM calls for funzies but I decided on never playing earnings and I stuck to it. Sooner or later other big companies will enter this AI-generating chips field and NVDA will lose its leader advantage, no idea when though.

On the bright side, my ES calls are printing because of it lmao.

I told you, it was absurd how lowly it was priced just because of a noob ceo, even with him revenue/profit was growing at a great pace, DESPITE that they almost killed people lol. Literally it took just one word from new ceo "there will be changes" and market sky rocketted, if it returns to pre poisoning hype i see it hitting $600 easily. Just wait till they announce new menu items and this fucking thing will fly.

A good stock for the long run, look at Alphabet and Nvidia, basically Waymo is head and shoulders above everyone else in self driving cars, and Nvidia is basically a near monopoly in AI, crypto mining, deep learning.

In other news, BHP is at a year high and are about to dispose of their us shale assets which could generate $16b in cash, which is pretty fucking interesting. Taking into account that they have best margins in iron and are one of the largest copper producers(which is one of the things that excites me most, read here https://www.ft.com/content/9dea89fc-ba39-11e7-9bfb-4a9c83ffa852, and bhp has plenty of it), will be very very exciting for future.

Another stock i've been watching is greggs (uk breakfast/lunch chain), down 20% in a day, though it doesn't excite me long term.

hall of fame post?

and no, i dont own none of these fucking stocks

NVIDIA 10x
Chipotle 7x
Greggs 3x

im a fucking idiot

I would just absolutely love to see here valuation method and how she decides whats over valued and whats not... I mean i could understand selling NVIDIA as valuation was rich but then you look at the rest of that ark portfolio and NVIDIA is/was probably the most reasonably valued stock in that pofo...

Don't want to make it political but let's go for a general comment that applies here; people don't always vote depending on their wallets.

That's more of a western European/American thing.

NOt a milton friedman but also not a complete retard who goes against any logic....Anyways...

Funny to se that de dollarization finnaly work out look at the CYN (NOT)

Looking at NVDA question here is has it ever worked out for a company trading at 30+ P/s ratio that was not a startup? We re talking about a almost trillion dollar company with 27bio in annual sales.... Big dot.com vibes is what i m getting.
Like yes it s a good company but it just from a rational point of view makes 0 sense...

That being said of course the hype is real and might be here for a bit longer i just dont see how anyone who buys now makes money when holding long term..
Also the people who were early on AI made their bets a loong fucken time ago and their not the ones buying NVIDIA now...
