It's because of the alphabet. Try and read it from left to right, and it may make sense. It's the same with Saudi Arabia's at least.

I wanted to test that theory to see if it holds, but Tunisia wrote theirs in French :wallbang: See if it works!

LOOOL! It's written from left to right...and the best thing is, it's "setarehaye PARIS"!!! HAHAHAHA!!!

I'm actually pretty pissed at that...Persia and Persians represent only a group of Iranians. We have a lot of Azeri and Arabs in our team, and they are definetly not Persians but Iranians. But screw it...our slogan is gay, our team is gay, only Mahdavikia isn't gay...he got two wives to prove it. ;)

hehehehee....

oh yeah, though it is only partially correct as there is a mix up with the small and big letters as well. I’m sure you get my point! lol

LOOOOOOOOL I'm still not even a tiny bit excited about our TM (mainly as I havent followed them for ages)! I even declined 2 tickets as a friend couldnt make it to Germany. Anyway, hopefully it will all become a bit more exciting after the 9th of June kick off! ;)

No worries mate,

I have been sort of following TM the last 8 years, more or less, and I'm neither excited. There's a lot of BS going on and the selections are more than just biased. When the 3 league teams with the best defense have no defender in the team, and the benchwarmer of the 14th team of the league is part of the squad and is supposed defend against Ronaldo, Simao and Figo, you can't really get excited.

Let's see what happens. The team is unpredictable and you never know, but with half of the team out of form(decent players) and the other half simply not good enough, you can't really get excited and expect much.

It sounds a bit weird, that is if I got it right. It is " El Akhthar Soqur Khuthr Behamehem Wain Ma Hallo Thahoo El Kemmam."

alhamdullah! inchallah!! but still, the arab team I'm rooting for is Tunisia. ;)

Btw. the first time I got full in my Panini stickers album this year is Saudi Arabia, but they were also the easiest as they have the least number of pictures. ;)

LOL Mehdi, don't worry, your arabic is great!

Yeah, Tunisia has a better chance, and obviously the better players. And if Sheva is out or if he misses few games, I think Tunisia can pull it off. Wouldn't it be great if they beat Spain?

Yeah..with Sheva out/injured Tunisia have a better chance. Spain will be hard to beat, but still, a draw is in it. And then 2nd round against France, with payback time for Lemerre. Ehdena Serat Al Mostaqim for Tunisia to the quarterfinals. ;)
