For some reason I got hooked to Two and a Half men again. It's the 4th time I'm watching it but it's been 5+ years since the last time.

It's mostly an excuse to utilize my Amazon Prime Video subscription.

I’m sidelined rn because I caught Covid a few days ago and had the time to watch a few shows on Netflix.

Almost finished with Narcos Mexico S2, which is solid but just like the first season, doesn’t come close to the original series. The actors and locations are excellent overall, but I can’t say I’m a big fan of Felix Gallardos character. I find it funny how he gets roasted by literally anyone and is easily the most disrespected person in the show, despite being the head of the cartel. The show focuses a lot more on the let's call it administrative side of a drug cartel while the actual drug war is barely ever shown.

Watched the first episode of Seinfeld an hour ago. Don’t really have an option yet, but I know that it really starts to take off in season 3.

Watched 14 episodes of Neon Genesis Evangelion, which is a science fiction anime from 1995, and after 10 episodes I finally started digging it. Looking forward to see how it ends, apparently is one of the greatest animes of all time.

Could have probably watched some more but unfortunately Covid knocks me the fuck out after 10pm. Usually I go to bed at 2am or so.

Also recently checked out It's always sunny in Philadelphia which is exactly my type of humor. Love it.
Parks and Recreation is cool as well.

I love the story of Neon Genesis Evangelion, don't really love the animation. I'd say it's one of the 'smartest' animes out there. There are also 4 (I think??) movies, last one came out last year.


I'm still on One Piece and the currently story arc is awesome (Marineford). I'm glad I didn't skip this anime just because it's so huge.

I used to think Zendaya was an overrated woke culture material. Damn ! How prejudiced stupid fuck I was ! After watching Euphoria, I changed my mind about that girl. One thing is for sure, this girl can act. Her character Rue Bennett is my new Marla Singer now. I don't know why but I always loved fucked up female characters on TV screen.

Speaking of Euphoria, I want to ask a question to the American members of the forum. Why USA people are so obsessed about high school football players and cheerlaeders ?

As someone who has watched thousands of American movies and TV series so far, I come across the same fucking cliché every time. The USA TV industry always but always portrays high school football players as an asshole and portrays cheerleaders as a slut.

Why do you hate those people so much?

not sure in my high school it was the soccer kids who were the most popular. The soccer girls were dope. Cheerleaders not so much but our football team sucked

Americans are obsessed with high school since little kids can imagine being a teenager and then adults wish they could go back. Alot of people peak in high school haha

It was like me with boba fett and moon night. People are saying it’s incredible and I just don’t get it!!!

I get some serious Sons of Anarchy vibes from Vikings. Two well revived shows, which can’t grow on me… I just don’t really like those protagonists who are essentially just violent meat heads

The original. Apparently it gets excellent after season 1, but I guess it’s just not my type of show. Can’t do anything about that really.

On another note, I started watching Trailer Park Boys yesterday and enjoyed it.

Just make sure you stop watching Trailer Park Boys after season 7. All of the good episodes happen in the first 7 seasons, so you'll have enough material to see without being disappointed later.

Vikings was exactly the same for me. I didn't like it from the start, i gave it a chance till end of first season but my opinion didn't change and i gave up.

Now i have started Last Kingdom and i am loving it so far.

I’m halfway through Seinfeld S2, I think it’s decent. Looking forward to S3, you guys said that’s where it really starts to take off, right?

Watched 3 episodes of Fargo and find it entertaining. The villain is excellent.

Dropped Vikings after 8 episodes. Wasn’t a fan of the characters and didn't find the plot all that compelling.

I’m like half a decade late, as always, but how good is Dark exactly? Some say it’s great others say it’s not all that good. I’m generally not a fan of German productions but I’m willing to give it a try sometime.

I'll say Dark Season 2 is amazing, but the last season gets more convoluted and loses it's charm. Still a nice package, better than The Man From The High Castle or 12 Monkeys TV Series, in my opinion.

New season of Stranger Things is so great, much darker and more horror like than previous seasons, got that 80s Nightmare on elm street kind of vibe.
