So I'm doing this Work From Home stuff for the first time in my new company, starting this current week.

First day, wasn't properly set up.
Second day, internet provider crashed for 3 hours.
Fourth day, electricity provider crashed for an hour and still going.

I'm using my phone to hotspot the work laptop, I am using a power bank to keep the phone alive and the laptop's battery is going to run, according to its own estimation, 5 minute after I clock out.

Wonderful.

I don't think WFH stuff is for me.

I've been WFH for over 6 months now... held numerous conferences and webinars so far, I'm starting to hate my room and my chair and my walls and everything surrounding me

Haha I have 2 kids running around screaming with 2 dogs barking while doing it.

Then my parents or my wife’s parents come over to “help” but they want us to entertain them. It’s like dude I’m in a conference call

I don't mind working from home, I've been doing it a lot especially running my own businesses, but since I wanted to practice something else that requires x years of experience before I can get approved to have my own gig in this field, I kind of have to have a different stance to the whole "job" thing.

It just feels awkward.
Also one of the reasons I did it was to be part of a big organization where there are a lot of people to have more casual interactions etc.

Having these mini episodes makes it more interesting and challenging though albeit irritating if it keeps going It's like 33 degrees here and it's the freaking end of October, having no electricity during noon hours with the humidity and heat I get here was just too much.
