Plus I'm teaching my 7 year old, so she can get into her schools' chess club next year and cause some damage to chess club boys. So if you are depressed after Inter loss, or happy with a victory, we can play a game or 2

I'm about 1300 daily, 900 rapid. Always down for a game but I haven't played in months.

I'm 1000-1100 on Rapid. Rapid, I mean 20-30 minutes games or 15/5. At 10 minutes or less I make simple mistakes

That was tough one I just played with whites. Some guys cheat. They have a a few debut openings and first 10-15 moves go by the book, depending on situation.

Update on the hurricane: Got the roof done, gutter replacement backed up until July! Shed replacement on back order. Finally got the Insurance check. Looking at vegetation replacement, loss a lot via Ian. Nature made a partial decision; a gopher tortoise dug a burrow in my backyard so will purchase moderate to very good forage plants for my new resident. Thinking of naming it Dzeko.

I had a flight to China for work scheduled. They just canceled it. It is 2 days away and the company I used Kiwi. Won't refund me. They are like hey you have to buy a different ticket it will be $2k more. Or I can get a refund but it will take 90 days to get the refund and they have no idea the amount the refund will be.

Talked to accounting at work and they called our corp card provider. Company obviously doesn't want to lose out on $4k + pay another 2k. I mean it's just super shit customer service.

Lucky I called the bank and was like flight was canceled and they still won't give me my money ! Just got an email they are refunding me the money.

haha with how the US economy is they are like get the cheapest ticket you can get. They were like don't get the $300 travel insurance. Company is pretty much in a don't expense anything unless completely necessary so they don't have to fire people. It's like is it necessary to send me to fking China(22 hour flight each way) when we can just have a teams call. I don't speak Chinese other than like crazy basic stuff and will need a translator any way. It's just crazy what companies waste their money on. 4 months ago they flew 190 people across the country to our office for a 1 week training and rented out the Hilton hotel haha. Last year I went to Singapore which was kind of cool but seriously they drop like 10-20k for something that can be a teams meeting.

they were mad and wouldn't let me expense the dinner I bought because employees spent more than $30 on food at a restaurant. It's like dude we didn't go to fking chipoltle or a Chili's. My boss then approved it but what they cheap out on is hilarious.

It s sunday and i m still fixing the fucken easiest of fucken bugs on a website for a startup that i co- run . How fucken incompetent can people be? And it s not even all IT bugs. Apparently some of our employees either dont fucken listen or just decided fuck it i m gonna put up the content that he deems appropriate despite being clearly instructed as to what should be on there and what not.
Now we have shit on there that will bring us in trouble with the FINMA (despite not even offering such a product) and my sunday is fucked at least till the fucken game starts. I hate micro managing but doing it here would have given me a weekend off instead of working more on sat and sun then i did during the week

I don't follow anyone prem or Newcastle related so it's weird.

I don't interact much in terms of likes or replies, in fact never. I sometimes click into tweets to see replies etc but it's never Newcastle related

I dont get the Newcastel stuff as my football following is very small on twtr i do follow a lot of financial stuff there though...
