Just referring to the thread title this right now might be the darkest Times i witness as a Inter fan. Don t get me wrong i remember the years before Cuper (IMho the first to bring stability to this club) when we finished 5th and were more ore less a laughing stock in italy coz we never won. But compared to now those were great times at least we had star players like ronaldo, roberto carlos, aron winter, bergomi and so on plus we had a president who we all knew would invest heavily in order to get us back on track. Now what do we have? One great player in his prime (handa) a couple of promising youth players and the rest are either mediocre players or past their prime plus our president seems to be unwilling or capable to actually invest in this project. On top of that we play the worst football i have seen inter play since i m an inter fan yes we also lost alot befor but at least the matches were entertaining most of the time.

I really start to fear that if we don t get lucky soon and secure the right coach we might wait for another 17 years till we are on top again.

After Mourinho, I don't have the passion that I use to be and got sad when Inter were bought by Chineses.

I just don't have passion for football in general. If it wasn't for Inter, I wouldn't be watching football anymore.
That is because of the competitiveness which is lacking, and an influx of investors, including our Chinese friends. The teams lack identity and are run like multinationals.

Sorry to hear you've lost a bit of the passion for our great club, I've supported Inter since about 1992 (football italia came to channel 4 in the UK, I was hooked) I've not experienced what you are going through thankfully I still scream the house down when we score and punch my desk when we get scored past, Moratti was an absolute hero and it's sad to not see him at the helm however I've always and always will get behind whoever is trying to take our club to the top.

Watch some Inter classics, discuss Inter memories with your friends, look over some of your memorabilia, remind yourself of times you've cried over the club in joy and in pain... once you are black and blue you are black and blue forever, it will never go away so don't worry to much, it will come back. Stay safe and Forza Inter.

Nah, no matter what you can feel about the club, it's true that football has become a cold industry that doesn't give a shit about its real identity.

Which is why "real" football remains in parts of South America and in places like Germany (which is also losing its air this decade) and a few lower leagues here and there where the beat is not gone.

Same here... The last game we played really seems like a lifetime ago. Usually during the summer break we have all sort of content to follow between the transfer news and the training preparations for the season... Now there is absolutely nothing, and it's a really odd feeling. If somehow season resumes where it ended and games continue it will be even more confusing and unnatural. Can't wait though
