Andrea Accinelli Set To Be Named New Financial Director At Inter, Italian Media Report

Inter are set to announce the appointment of a new Financial Director in the form of Andrea Accinelli, who will join the club in his role immediately and work under Corporate CEO Alessandro Antonello.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that Accinelli will take over the role previously held by departed Chief Financial Officer Tim Williams.

Accinelli is a Business Administration graduate from Milan-based univeristy Bocconi University, and he has experience working for the Brooks Brothers clothing company as well as other managerial experiences across a number of sectors.

Williams departed from his role at the club in February, joining the sports crowdfunding company Tifosy, and the appointment of a new director in the role had been anticipated for some time with Accinelli having been thought to be the likeliest candidate to take over from the former CFO, and this should be confirmed soon.

Hey guys, just a curiosity anyone here bought the $INTER fan tokens? I bought 1 few weeks back but it seems really useless to be honest, there aren't really any polls or anything worthwhile which I thought was the point of the tokens, and the company as a whole just seems a bit unreliable and gimmicky, maybe I just don't know how to use it but.

I don’t know of anyone on the forum who bought one. Those on the financial thread all said we would be avoiding them.

tbh I’m not surprised that there’s nothing for you to vote on or anything ther things/ benefits available with it. Can I ask, was it like €2 for a token?

Best advice I can give you is to sell it and withdraw your money from Socios.

to be clear, it could be kinda fun depending on how much power they put into it, but in my view (along with all of these NFTs and cryptos, anyway) theres no fundamental value underneath any of it. A $hitter token doesnt give you any slice of equity in the business (which is where value would come from).

I see it pretty much the same way as the Football Index ponzi scheme that imploded earlier this year. I'd avoid like the plague.

No one has claimed anything even remotely close to that direction. That with owning the token you would own anything (other than the token). They've always said it's to get right to vote in some stupid polls.

I know, but the resellability and the fact that there's volatility in the resale price does drive some implications of it

so the system works that they begin selling them for a fixed price (so called token offerings) which was 2 Euros. Which was my original plan, however, due to socios.com being shitty the app kept crashing and didn't allow me to login. so I had to wait until the listing became tradeable, which ended up costing me around 6 euros more or less. Although
I spent 9 in total to convert my real money to their bs currency.

@xthetap some here likes Zlatan because of his ballsucking of the gobbis
That's schocking behaviour. Anyone that likes him should reconsider what it means to be an Inter fan. Because in my view he represents everything being an Internazionale fan isn't. That's just my opinion though.
As a player respect. As a person cunt.
Merely the fact that he posed for a phot with M***i should say enough

Bayern Munich Legend Bastian Schweinsteiger: “In 2008 I Almost Went To Inter”

Legendary former Bayern Munich midfielder Bastian Schweinsteiger has revealed that he came close to joining Inter.

Speaking to German broadcaster ARD, the 37-year-old revealed that he was ready to leave the German giants who had planned to sell him and replace him with Arsenal’s Alexander Hleb.

Schweisteiger had not yet established himself as one of the Bavarians’ key players in 2008, and the German giants were eyeing up Hleb as a player to strengthen their squad in attacking midfield.

In the end, the Belarusian left the Gunners for Barcelona rather than Bayern and Schweinsteiger stayed at his club where he went on to win multiple Bundesliga titles and the Champions League.

However, had they managed to sign Hleb, he could well have joined the Nerazzurri, where his career could have been very different and the German would have had a chance to make an impact in Serie A instead of the Bundesliga.

“I already had my bags ready to go to Milan,” the former midfielder explained. “Jurgen Klinsmann and Bayern Munich wanted another player, Alexander Hleb. But then he went to Barcelona and I stayed in Munich.”

It was at the same time that we allegedly wanted Deco and Lampard, but Stankovic ended up staying. Don't think he would have come either.

I remember Interfans.org had a resident "transfer guru" that was saying Schweinsteiger is a done deal and everyone was mocking him because it never happened and they kinda forced him to "retire" from posting. Apparently the guy was right :D

they're asking quite a lot there. Probably not even that well paid, tbh.

For someone based in Eastern Europe or Asia I imagine the pay would look extremely good, so not sure why you're saying this.

From what I gather from friends in IT, they're not looking to fill a tough and rare role.

It's the specific blend of skills that get messy. Older/more legacy BAs could do it but experience in a bunch of functions, rolling out an ERP programme, data modelling, yadda yadda.

Also feels very legacy to me.

oh dear, why do they have to use those, high cost for development and maintenance and high chance to be very messy.
