I read that Inter group is owned by Grand Tower, with is owned by Grand Sunshine, which is then owned by Great Horizons, which historically was then owned by Suning Sports, which is owned by 'Suning Holdings', which is owned by Zhang

They can sue each other for all I care just Inter change hands and get a new owner that is neither of them.

There probably is a problem of selling in case the parties sue each other......
As in the club might be in limbo until any legal cases are settled....

To me this all still makes very little sense, with contradicting reporting and obviously false reports.
There is the question as why on earth oaktree should not want the zhangs to re finance since they are not allowed to keep excess profits from any sale of inter.
The other question is why the pimco deal so suddenly fell through when it was basically done according to reports.

The worrying thing is that suning/grand horizon tried to raise 400+ mio.....

Anyways imho the worst thing that can possibly happen for inter is a court battle over ownership, as i m not sure oaktree could sell us on if there are still pending court cases. Sadly right now this seems o be the most likely outcome.
The stunning thing in all this is that the zhangs let it come to this

I don't see how this can be a court challenge. Simple terms, pay the loan on time or relinquish the ownership. This Sunning court challenge will have very short legs to stand on. And yes, why Pimco backed out?)

yeah, i dont really expect the catastrophic stuff to happen. It'll be an uncertain few weeks/months, but I hope we come out the other end okay. The biggest thing as I've been saying for like a season is continuity of the management - Marotta for example, if he's backed even to his current level I'm sure we will do a great job.

Yeah, expect this to drag on the whole summer. Any potential buyer it takes time to check on accounts , Oaktree will most probably let Beppe and Co continue their work, transfer market would be sell first buy after just like we have done over the years. No flashy buys like Pavard this summer.

What will happen on Taremi and Zielinski transfers as they are not official yet. Is it possible that Oaktree cancels these deals?

We don't know who'll come in, look at Chelsea, new owner spent tons of money, sacked a CL winning coach and have just scraped a conference league place this season. It's not common but that's the uncertainty of not knowing, could be anyone.

Same here. Let's pray for a good and fast outcome of the situation. It's happening at the start of the transfer window so I guess this saga will affect our mercato strategy.

If the journalists can be trusted, a few possible buyers have made offers in the last years so it should not be a big problem for Oaktree to sell the club.
