Im doing cool so far, Ive been working out and on the same rate, 6 times a week, still on diet and shit.. looking good, fresh and shit.. why the fuck Im always cursing these days.. fuck!

Been feeling it for a few weeks now. Everything seems fine when I actually do shoulder excercises but just random movements I do daily I feel a tweak in my left shoulder. I feel it a bit in bench too. Anyway I gotta take the next 1.5 months off to cram 2 years of school into 2 weeks of tests so hopefully it should be cleared up by then.

I also have a theory I just hurt it by sleeping on it, I always sleep with it under the pillow and my head, kind hyperextended.

Yes it`s a possibility. but you need to find a real gf to sleep with now cause this is obviously unhealthy mate! I mean sleeping with the shoulder and giving a head to the pillow.. oh come on!! :yuno:
