He also kinda seems like an arrogant and ego driven cunt, tbh. And so many of these new school managers are, they think everything should be revolved around them and their "genius" with zero flexibility. What's worse, they don't even have big trophies to back it up, like mourinho or pep with their approach. Arteta also comes to mind when it comes to arrogance with no backing up. So I can totally see how some players can't stand it.

Nicest PosterToo much, too soon, it appears. Needs to take a break for a while, then see what options are available. Maybe a stint as an assistant coach at one of the " big clubs" then try again.
