He's missing the point. Maybe him and his brother had to play in serie c because they weren't very talented and worked their way up. Good for them, but those that already are able to play don't have to go to serie c. What a weird comment really.

I dont think he was brought here for the 1st team. We need to loan him out in January imo. Him playing 1-10 games does no good for his development. Especially with Augusto returning and Bisseck/Darmian both capable of playing LCB.

Serie A champions Inter have rejected the idea of letting Tomas Palacios leave Giuseppe Meazza on loan this winter.

According to Sportitalia, Inzaghi wants him to stay and learn, hopefully integrating in the squad like Bisseck.

Yaaaay! Palacios will be like a new signing!

GdS: Palacios could join Monza on loan this winter

Initially, it had looked as though the rules around player appearances would make a loan to Monza impossible for Palacios.

The Argentine has already made appearances for both Independiente Rivadivia and Inter this season.

However, the rules have changed.

Players cannot feature for three different clubs in a single calendar year. However, the appearances for Independiente Rivadivia were in 2024.

If we are not getting another defender this winter, I doubt he will be allowed to go.

If he’s going on loan he NEEDS to play. Otherwise it would be more helpfull for him to stay here and learn our system. And given the fact he would challange Carboni for that spot (who isn’t great, but is experienced), I fear that isn’t guaranteed.

I don't even know what type of development can you get in a team that will fight for their dear life from now until the end of the season. Very ungrateful environment to put a young player in.

Also, we play such a specific and particular system, I doubt anything will help him more than just him staying here and learning what inzaghi actually requires from his defenders.
