for me, the true quality of the manager is how they manage a team out of a bad spot. It's easy to make a team play expressive football, defensive football, etc, but once things go badly, thats when you separate good coaches from top ones. And thats where you make your money.

Any idiot can win ~20ish games a season with this Inter team, you make your money on the other 8-10 you need to win to win the league.
