Tottenham dominated from start to end. They won fair and square and we sucked ass. These are the basic facts of tonight's match.

Could this match be a turning point of our management head that this squad has come to it's end? That this squad can't compete at the highest level unless they go ultra-def like we did with Mourinho? Or do they keep saying we have a squad full of champions? Zanetti, Cambiasso, Samuel, Chivu, Maicon, Motta, Stankovic. Great champions back in the days. They are just too slow for this game today. Mourinho showed they can still compete, but by sacrificing like hell. Benitez can't do the same, he can't put Eto'o to the flank. He can't get our players to sweat and bleed for each other. We're not gonna do it.

brilliant! :star:

Seriously, those all over Benitez need to calm down. Yes, he should have made changes earlier.. but our midfield pairing was horrible. This cements the need to get rid of Muntari.. at least when Nwankwo came on he did what he was supposed to - hold back and distribute the ball left to right.. none of this killer pass bullshit that Muntari was trying to pull off.

We have a massive injury list at the moment - to go to england and DRAW would have been impressive enough.

Benitez could have given instructions to Maicon - at the end of the day if the player isn't motivated there's shit all you can do. He didn't defend for shit and I don't recall the last time he put in a decent cross. Horrible.

I hate to say this. But Spurs earn my total respect (except for the single dive.) Their fans were amazing.

WTF is all these chants about Rafa out. The coach had like a few month into our game. Look at our starting lineup and bench, you don't expect a Champions League winner to start with JZ-Muntari and sub Nwankwo debut when Muntari is injured.

We are playing with Coutinho, Nwankwo, and Biabiany in a CL match. None of them have any CL experience before this season. Rafa needs sometime and Moratti needs to invest.

Today we have Matrix, Cordoba, Orlandoni, Santon left on the bench....

Only games like this can make Massimo realise... Lets hope this game will open his eyes.

 I've been saying this for years every time we played shit but sometimes we're so lucky. I bet nothing comes of it though. Benitez will blame his lack of options as usual and be ignored. Moratti and BRanca will wait until we get a good victory like vs Werder before opening there mouths again. Lets face it, we can do nothing but just watch and suffer :depress:

it's almost never a FW's fault. Where were the DEFENDERS? they were meant to DEFEND the goal and not ATTACK 24/7

mate we were losing, if we were going to draw we needed players on the attack :/

or we were going to draw with God's providence only

Watch the game again. Biabiany back-tracked more than Maicon. Or at least he's chasing his opponent from up front. Maicon? He's always in their six yard box.

Why? Because Maicon can't at least for once stop Bale? Because Lucio thinks he is a great playmaker? Because Eto'o has to do everything alone? Because we had injuries and had to cope with some mediocre players? What did you except Rafa to do, you fucking genius?

Well A manager can do something I rafa still has milito

Who else? Coutinho? He's like a butterfly. Talented, but once you touch him, he eats all the grass on the field. Milito? He's, well, fucked up.

Was that even English? Rafa played Milito, and then we scored.

Positives:
-More obvious to managment that we need players in January, Summer at worst.
-Milito was looking well.
-Eto'o is world class.
-Castelazzi is a suitable replacement
-Lucio might stop those runs.

Way way WAY too much space. Did you see how easily we fumbled the ball due to there pressure? There is no sync at all with this team right now. The formation is a disaster, and who thinks otherwise should go watch something else. Muntari sucks, Chivu sucks. Benitez? Don't even get me started...

Unreasonable to blame Rafa for anything. He's in a tough spot. He got a depleted team, hungry level down to 50% or something after last season and one top striker refuses to play in a position which was one of the reasons of the success last season. He got no reinforcements he wanted.
