If we play in Milano like we played in portugal.. we will win by 3-0 ..
AND that only if Gossens and Lukaku start

Napoli will destroy them 5:0
They just lost to Meelan 5-0 in the last 2 games. BUT, I can see Milan collapse and panic if Napoli gets ahead . Pioli will go full defensive next week.

Love to finally see some optimism around here but yea, we haven't qualified yet. Maybe i'm just traumatized with this squad but i'm really afraid that they will bottle the game at Meazza.

IT IS POSSIBLE FOURTH PLACE IN SERIE A NOT ENOUGH FOR CHAMPIONS LEAGUE SPOT
With Inter beating Benfica, there is the growing prospect of an Italian side in the Champions League Final, but there could also be a scenario meaning fourth place in Serie A is not enough to qualify for next season’s tournament.

If the Nerazzurri are able to get past Benfica, then it’ll be an all-Italian semi-final against either Napoli or Milan, leading to at least one Italian in the Final.

Considering Juventus and Roma are in the Europa League quarter-finals, it is entirely possible a series of events could coincide to create havoc in qualification for the top tier competition.

Currently, the top four teams in Serie A will qualify for the Champions League, but if an Italian wins this season’s tournament and does not finish in the top four, they too will enter.

If an Italian team also wins the Europa League and is out of the top four, that would mean in theory six clubs gained access to the Champions League in 2023-24.

That is not possible, as the maximum limit is five per country, so if that did happen, only the top three in Serie A would qualify plus the winners of the Champions League and Europa League.

The fourth in Serie A would then only qualify for the Europa League.

As things stand, Napoli, Milan and Roma are in the top four, but Inter and Juventus are not.
Fuck Jubentus.

I don't have a true preference for Napoli or Milan. I think we can beat both of them on our good days (which we currently lack) and we can easily lose to either of them.

Yeah, ties between Inter, Milan and Napoli can go both ways, and it's very unpredictable at this point. I thought Napoli is unplayable, and I still do think that they're superior but they're just lacking mental focus at this point which is understandable how much pressure they're going through these days. Besides of that, they have been missing Osimhen lately, so that's another huge blow in their game.

Milan is leaning towards the slightly easiest option than Napoli but our cunts let themselves down due to their fragile mentality in these kind of situations. From what we've seen in Milan's team, they might suck balls major time but they have that fighting spirit and they will spit blood to reach their objective, no matter if it's dirty play or whatever.

We are more of a gentleman team which is making us suffer big time. I wish we were more aggressive and hungry to win. We are superior to Milan, it's just Milan has the edge of that attribute that I just mentioned above. The brave will always triumph, and I wish we were brave.

That's the thing. Losing to Napoli would mean nothing to an average interista, but losing to Milan would really be a blow to our self esteem

We'd all prefer losing to Napoli instead of Milan, but that's the wrong perception to begin with.

be more specific please
I meant we shouldn't even take into consideration about losing. We have a great opportunity to reach the final, and then situation will be different. But since we are eventually gonna face one of Milan or Napoli, then we should only think about how we are gonna win that tie.

That's easier said than done, but at least we got a far easier draw in this side than if we had to face one of City or Real Madrid for example.

I think it would be easier to play Milan than Napoli in their house.I hope Milan makes to semies along with Inter. It would be a great derby.

I guess some of you guys hadn't experienced the pain of losing in CL to Milan in the past.

They have always been favored by referees, I don't know, perhaps UEFA thinks Milan featuring in the later stages of the tournament is a better affiche and therefore, them assigning another "Marcus Merk" to our potential clash is pretty much a possible scenario. They already did everything to weaken Napoli for their return leg and I won't be surprised if they do the same shit against us. Maybe they want City to lift the trophy and therefore they want the weakest of the other four to reach the final, making City's triumph sound even more glorious cause they beat 7 time winner. I don't mind that ending, but please spare me from getting beaten by Milan along the way.

City plays a bit differently, both against Arsenal and Bayern they had less of the possession and scored 3 goals. Pep is making City play to accomodate Haaland?
