Optimistic about Ireland's chance of qualifying, have an easy start anyway. Gibraltar away tomorrow and then Georgia at home on Tuesday.

If we don't pick up 6 points in those 2 games I'm off to support Northern Ireland.

Denmark and Switzerland won't be easy but I'm confident we can finish above one of them and qualify. Mick McCarthy is back as our manager, got us to the 2002 World Cup from a qualifying group that had Portugal and Netherlands in it, so he's got the credentials. Ex-Interista Robbie Keane is our new Assistant Manager, interesting to see how he does in his first coaching role.

Albania lost, again. Turkey didn't even put any real effort tonight lol. Two very naive goals, especially the first one, however in the first half we played good and we looked like a proper team. The same cannot be said for the second half though, an absolute horror performance.

Panucci has to go. He doesn't know what he is doing anymore, had players warming up all second half and didn't bring them in the game lol.

Too many changes in the starting eleven, every game though. We need a new coach because Panucci is inept.
