I suspect he is being pushed to accept the Benfica offer, hence not training with the team. I'm glad Inter are taking firm steps to get rid of rubbish, we have sometimes been too lenient with bad leavers. Lazaro looks like the kind of guy who is deluded enough to think he will have a breakthrough season just coz he is allowed to train with the team. He probably needs some pushing.

I will be eternally grateful to Benfica if they take both Mario and Lazaro off our hands this season.
reminds me of myself :awyeah:

Imaging we and Benfica agreed but Lazaro rejects their offer :yao:
This was basically the case for a while. There's an agreement between the clubs since Joao Mario contract termination. It's Lazaro who had put it on hold in the hope he could get an offer from a better league.

Well we don't know that yet as a fact. It might have been clubs agreed the deal but it was put on hold before Benfica secured their CL spot which happened on Wednesday.

I know Lazaro would rather go to Germany, but Benfica is a great club and the Portugese league aint that far away from quality behind the German one. And its at least more competitive.

Not sure what to think of this guy.
He has never done anything so horrific to have such low consideration and the guy played like 3/4 games for us. All the other deadwoods were deemed as such by us only after being given many occasions.

Maybe he doesn't show proper attitude in training or smth. Anyway good luck to him , wont be missed

We should have tried to snag Florentino Luis as part of this deal. Not sure what happened to him at Monaco but he looked a talent at Benfica.

WTF is wrong with professional footballers? You have money, you can arrange a quality tailor, wear a suit FFS. You are going to work for this club.

A modern take to the Greek fustanella, honoring his roots.
I approve.
