not really a great game but a difficult away win against a always good Verona.

Many things didn't worked, specialy the first half was a shit show. Sometimes we played good, sometimes we made to many wrong passes. What at least was really positive is our defence, we didn't allow Verona a decent shot on goal, it got always defended. Darmian was really good there and made a beatifull assist too, great perfomance. And of course El Tucu! Wonderfull header, nice shot for the second goal. He only signed 2 days ago, simply amazing debut... hope he continues, he has for sure qualitys!

Results like this make me wish Inzaghi was a woman. I'd eat her pussy, sending convulsions through her entire body and as she grabs the bed sheet as tight as she can, she unloads a large amount of squirt onto my face.

limone + tucu > conte + lukaku
Lets not get carried away here. Conte helped built this team have gave our players a winning mentality. Lukaku scored more goals for Inter in 2 seasons than Correa has done in his entire 10 year career so far.

The time to judge Inzaghi will be in a couple of years. Its way too early pass any judgement right now. I am just happy for our winning start, and lets leave it at that.

I saw only the last 20min, but....

Vidal was goood. As an impact substitution and occasionally starter he could be very good for us. Simone just need to manages the minutes he plays. He was an world class player in his days and the class remain.

Vecino showed his career at a glance. Good run and than a fucking atrocious pass.

Inzaghi. Brehme1989 said very well: mentally he is there. His whole career he was in the shadow of his brother (better player, better career, even prettier). Though Simone himself was a good player. His Lazio was mentally tough. I believe Lazio was the team who turn around the most games and also won a lot of games in the final minutes. You don't do that if you are not mentally prepared and the team is not with you. Under Spaletti, if we conceded, the whole team was like depressive pussies, small chance to turn around the game. We were tough under Conte, we will be also under Simone.
agree on whole but Simone was considered more handsome than Filippo in younger days :p

The constant overreaction on this forum is hilarious. We go from we are the worst team in the league at half time to this team is better than last season and Correa better than Lukaku hahahaha. I think today gave us an idea of what the majority of our games will look like this season, up front is the clear issue that we have imo. I didn’t like Dzeko or Lautaro at all today, thank god for Correa. I think it’s clear Lukaku helped get the best out of Lautaro just as much as it being the other way round, intrigued by a Correa-Lautaro partnership

Inzaghi still has a lot of work to do that first half with Verona pressing high totally killed our game. He needs to prepare for that situation to happen in the future. This win is an important one to keep the morale high.

It wasn't just high pressing, it was 1-on-1 pressing all over the pitch, a couple of times one of their forwards followed Bastoni into their own box.

But the real problem was all our players were missing easy passes way too much, when you're being marked like that you have to move the ball around a lot with safe passes so you can tire out the opponent players, you cannot play as direct as we played against Genoa.

I haven't watched the match so i don't have an opinion on Hakan's game and i have to admit i am really confused right now. 🤔

On one hand i read FIF shit all over him for his performance and on the other i see this graph rating him as our best midfielder.

Just on that Vecino counter attack, I was 99% sure that was Correa who ran with the ball then fucked up the pass? Are we sure it was Vecino?
Watched the replay, it was definitely Vecino

Trust the forum on this one.

In the defensive phase he did his job but his passes were all over the shop. I think he benefited from having Sensi, obviously a natural CM, play next to him against Genoa, lightening the playmaking burden on his shoulders.

Dzeko too was misplacing tons of balls whenever he came deep, mainly in the first half. Obviously he played a role in Lautaro's goal and once we got the equalizer, we pushed up, keeping Verona pinned back, and Dzeko looked more comfortable.

We should play with one pure striker, Correa(Sensi) behind them. Hope Dumfries also delivers, we need everyone to do his best. So far, 3 goals in 2 games from Lukaku replacements. Not bad.

Midfield was our biggest problem last night, they were nonexistent under verona pressure. It's cuz of that our striker pairing looked bad imo.
