I played the ps4 version only recently, didn't know they were doing a directors cut or I would have waited. What's different of new? It was an amazing game already

I am only doing PS+ now. I don't see PS5 being a huge upgrade to the PS4 Pro.

I am getting Deathloop on Black Friday will only be $25.

I have not played Returnal or Ratchet(I never liked these games

Every game other than these 2 are on the PS4 with slightly worse loading.

I really did like the Plague of Innocence game that was free on PS+

Yeah so? A lot of games from PS4 are on PS5 and work wonderfully. You probably didn't see what a shitshow was the transition from PS2 to PS3, since the hardware was so different they couldn't just port the old games onto the new system. What they are doing right now is beautiful, same for Xbox, where I love how connected to the PC it is now.

Both Sony and Microsoft are finally doing what was asked of them before. Now if only Nintendo weren't such bozos and greedy....

People want to play classic games on newer consoles, that is why the demand for a GTA collection was high (and Rockstar not doing it themselves was a shot in the leg for them). With Elden Ring, Horizon 2, God of War 2 and more coming in the next half a year, you know it's gonna be a good time to be a console gamer.

Just don't buy stuff day one without watching a review or two first. I don't trust my mother to make a good cup of coffee and I don't even trust CDPR with games anymore. ALWAYS. CHECK. A. REVIEW. FIRST.

Yeah there seems to be lots coming out by mid next year, just disappointing right now.

And yeah, I usually watch the "before you buy" YouTube guys before I buy any game

Why a shit list? Best Resident Evil game since RE4 (better than RE2remake which i also liked, but it was a remake).

Returnal the best gameplay of the year for sure, if you love Soulsborne and SciFi, this is a great game. A game for gamers.

Psychonauts2, the return of the legendary IP from Schafer, upgraded what made the original so good and, well, original. There is no platform game from the last 6 years as good as P2.

Metroid Dread I haven't played, but Metroids are usually good, Ratchet just a Ratchet game with a new gimmick, while It Takes Two is a better version of Brothers

Halo infinite is amazing, i cant remember i had this much fun since Fortnite season 1-3. Never before have I played Halo but it gives me so much of that old school UT vibe, and I love it. I understand now why it has that godlike status in NA.
