Gargano wasn't the first choice in midfield but after every other deal for other players were deemed to expensive between player wage and team demands this is a solid deal. Good numbers that fit right into the financial mess that is Serie A and European economies. Gargano is a useful player to this squad adds quality no doubt about that I'm not sure it deserves all the excitement people are displaying. It's like we've just signed a world class CM but Gargano is a great buy for that figure. He's going to give u a motor the guy will run till the end of the world for his side something that would be fantastic along with a same type of workhorse in Guarin and then Cambiasso anchoring our midfield. For another defensive minded mid I'd prefer a more imposing physical player but Gargano is a solid piece who can provide several things for his coach.
