I hate the flu, I really hate it.

This is gonna be a very long and boring day. On my bed, with my laptop, isolated from this world, and waiting for this misery to end.

Expect me to be 24 hours in the forum for the next two days.

Can't they just make a pill to cure this disease in few minutes?

its called tamiflu (oseltamivir), but you kinda have to take it within the first 24hr of being infected

which is usually too soon for any symptoms to appear and when you do get symptoms, its already too late

Tell me about it Adnan. I apparently got what in layman's term would be described as "pink eye".

Believe me, its worse than it sounds.

Got it in 5 days ago. Thought it was just some random thing, nothing to worry about it. Then when it didnt go away, I started getting worried. Went to the doctor worried sick, that it might be some kind of STD, thankfully it wasnt.

Now I am on prescription medicine. My vision is always blurry. This shit makes me so tired, so I am sleeping like 12 hours every day. Also I have to take the eye drops after every 8 hours, if I am a little late, I start going blind. Plus the side effects of that medicine is it makes me tired very quickly, also I am sweating like a pig in -5C temperatures.

Top that off, I have a presentation today to do on a dispute in Ireland between the private Assurance and Auditing commitee and the Govt's Financial Review reporting board on some issue, infront of 50 people. BLaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh. That cannot be delayed.
And then later today is the day I had bought a $25 ticket from an Accounting Assocaition that I have joined, and today is their annual dinner and socail event with the big 4 firms. I really have to attend the event as well.

I dont know how I am gonna do all this stuff, just woke up 3 hours ago, and feel like sleeping again. Stupid stupid life.

Listening to Jason Mraz - I'm yours at the moment, and after having downloaded like five versions of it, I finally found the best one. Phucking briliant song.

Which version do you have? Can you upload it? I've downloaded like 10 of them but none sounds right. :wallbang: Freaking LimeWire...

Anyways, this is definitely, BY FAR, the most breath-taking audition to any musical reality show that I've seen so far.

Farking brilliant!

Yeah, there are many different version to 'I'm Yours'. I have the original one I think, which sounds simple. I want the one they've been playing on MTV, which sounded more 'live', especially when he was doing the scat.

Riding a scooter these days. :D Always been terrified of putting myself in trafic, so riding a scooter is a good start.

Went to the store to buy some snacks and beer. Turns out that I can't fit the bag under my seat, and I keep pushing. The bottle of beer opens, and I have to ride with an open bottle under my seat. I couldn't even close the seat properly. Had to ride like a freaking snail. :D

I'm much better than I thought though. I sucked while I took the driving test, but realised it was due to nervousness and the scooter sucked. Mine is much easier to drive.
