The game won't be replayed. First they changed the rules of qualification in the middle of it by introducing seeding, which is unfair, in order for France to qualify. Then they didn't see Henry handball.

Host will always get automatic qualification. Can you imagine a wc with no host nation present?? It would effect ticket sales badly.
