Cheeky Chuff ;)

For the Top Scorer (Golden Boot) you need a guy from a team who is gonna play some weak teams in the group, and rack up some goals and get through to at least the Quarter Finals.

I know where I am putting my money

Ronaldo head striker??!!!:howler: :howler: :howler: :howler: :howler: :howler: :howler: :howler: :howler: :howler:

Even Dwight Yorke has a better chance of doing that!

And France is VERY overrated.

Ronaldo head striker is a f-cking joke. So what if he was top scorer 4 years ago...4 years ago he was a totally different player. About England being overrated..maybe. They have a very strong squad still so you never know...

These are even more ridiculous than the FIFA seedings. Even though I'm a Ronaldo fan (but - check my other post - I don't want him to come back to Inter), I don't think he can be the top scorer.

Bookmakers make the odds so in the end they wont lose alot of money.

Despite his form, there will be a decent amount of people backing Ronlado to score heaps especially with so many good players in the team with him to assist.

Brazil will possibly win the cup.So Ronaldo has his chances to become top goalscorer.

Well I have already put some money on Argentina. They tend to choke when it matters and at present even when it doesn't. When they get it going is really good I am just hoping that they get it going like they did in the first 10 mins against Croatia. With the exception of that silly goal they conceded in that time.

Gonna put some on Italia & Luca Toni. Not that I believe they are the most likely candidate to win the categories but the payoff is just too highly ridiculous, especially for Toni who scores goals for breakfast.

Who said I'm supporting them? :D The only time I supported Brazil was in WC 2002 after Italy had been knocked out, and that was only because of Ronaldo. :stress:

I have never been attached to an NT before, I'll admit it. This time around, I'm supporting Argentina just for the simple fact that it's got the most Inter players. :) But I don't support them that much such that I would be cheering for Italy in case the 2 should ever meet so I can win some gold. :p
