Actually we rejected offers for Radja and he also said he had no intention of going to those clubs if we had accepted.

He joined Cagliari because of his wife's situation. Had Real Madrid came knocking, he'd be there now of course, but the only club that wanted him and could spend was Man Utd iirc (don't think they offered more than 15m), some Chinese clubs that he had no intention of going, also low balling us and some other PL clubs that he didn't want to join.

If he was still around, he'd still be one of our best midfielders. We failed him more than he failed us.

This thread is about the worst deal, not about the worst player.

This.

The worst deal wasn't when we bought Nainggolan (although I still hate this transfer). It was when we loaned him after one season and still paid half of his salary.

Had a good laughing reading this thread seeing all those names Inter wasted money for. Boy what was they thinking? Kia Joorabchian really fucked Inter over with those double waste of deals, but I gotta go with the Naingolann deal as the worst one. Not because he was bad for Inter, but because of losing Zaniolo as the result.

Ricky Alvarez because we actually played him and people would be too blind to see he sucked and was not the next Messi

Most annoying was Dodo who loans a injuried player with a 1 game buy obligation

Also having to suffer the years of Jonathon were brutal too

Ricky was supposed to be the next Pastore and he was pretty good in his first season

João Mario is the worst!

I told everyone...he is a normal average player...and Inter spent 40M on him...
