He actually is not overrated at all. He is probably top 3 or something for defensive stats in PL, he has top defending and great man marking, there is no comparison there between him and Bisseck. He also has some really good passing. Its not wonder most rich clubs are after him so I would say he is way out of our range.
Ironically Bournemouth has Bisseck on the list as a replacement if he leaves.
