Educated as a carpenter, but have just done one of three years in Marketing, or is it busniess economist ? Well either of them.

But I am undecided for what to do after this, a part of me still wants to be a cop. So I might be going "cop school" next year..

Finished medical study 2 years ago and started as a resident in cardiology, long workhours and the payment sucks. Dont regret studying medicine but if you want to have a comfortable life avoid it.

It really depends on where you're working and where you live. What works in Egypt might not work in the gulf area, and what works in USA might not work in Europe.

I do think the first 5-10 years after you finish medical study are unthankful. You have to put up with a lot of shit and will get scolded a lot. Also you work tons of night shifts have to do tons of reports and formalities and don't get to do a lot "doctor things". And the learning never stops. Although you study for like 6 years you still have to go back to the books almost everyday.

I don't know that, but that's what I've been told by reletives and friends.

My dad is an engineer, an academic monster, has all kinds of titles to his name. My sister has a PhD. Me, two time college drop-out, tried out Publishing and then Public Relations. Our universities are a waste of time anyway and I'm not saying this just cause I missed on those, believe me.

Have been working in the advertising for the past seven years, penned my first contract right after I graduated High School, couldn't keep up with the uni. I'm in UI/UX now.

I heard, universities in some countries, they look at working experience in a field and if it's a certain number of years they can give you some diploma, hah. That's the closest I'm going to get to academic glory, surely.

Bachelor, IT guy, specialty in Programming engineering. Won't take masters as i dont think it's worth the money. Getting bachelors is waaay harder than masters, so fuck it. Currently I'm CRM expert in t-home Macedonia, doing pretty much all (business analysis, database, development, maintenance, testing).

Bachelors in journalism. I've had some fun jobs and I've had some shitty ones. If my pay didn't get bumped up a few years back, I'd be doing something else. I always looked at big name journalists and how rich they were so I assumed most journalists were like that. Boy was I wrong. Most of us could make more money doing damn near anything else. Had I have known this 15 years ago, I would have never blown money on college and would have just went to trade school.
