Hmm.. Dont know about french league, but in CL Monaco played more of 4-3-3 rather than 4-2-3-1. Kdog - Toulalan - Moutinho. All three capable defenders but none of them really a AM.

That is exactly my argument. We don't need Soriano, good player that he is. I prefer Ljajic in the AM role to Soriano, and I prefer Brozovic & K-dog in more defensive midfield roles.

What we need is an upgrade to Melo/Medel. It is heartbreaking to see Medel trying to be a regista. He is a good "destroyer", but a poor "creator". Biglia would be a good fit here.

I really don't think we are built to play with 4 at the back right now. I like the way Juve has their 3-5-2 working, I feel like brozo would do better in the marchisio role but Ljajic can emulate pogba. The third midfielder is empty for now, I think soriano could be the khedeira. Perisic and Telles could make decent wingbacks. Medel is definitely no AM like Mancio is playing him today. I could see JJ at LCB and Dambro in a pinch at RCB or RWB.
