Sorry, but I find your post pointless:
1. How is someone getting an injury proving that "Inter are idiots?" Even then, if you come up with some twisted logic, e.g. Lazaro had an ok history with injuries.
2. While I am not a big fan of dropping this kind of money on Lukaku, bear in mind that the reason Juve paid a fee "comparable" to Lukaku is mostly a deal Ronaldo had with Perez.
3. Joao Mario and others will leave, sooner or later. The pace is not satisfactory but let's judge this matter after the window closes.
