Giovanni Pasquale...one of the few youth products that actually made it. You're definition of made might be different than mine however.

name one player in the past ten years has come through the youth system and has been a regular in first team and has appeared in over 200 matches including subs? NO ONE

and please don't bring in the constant changes in management as an argument.

on a side note Pasquale was good enough to get a call up to the national team in a friendly against Switzerland a while back although I recall that friendly as a wierd call up of youngsters and reserves. He is a good player but better for a lower tier - mid table club for the Serie A
