I know its still a long way to do but let's pretend we are getting that 5. Cl spot + an italian team wins the EL, do we get 6 italian teams or is 5 the maximum? Doubt that they would allowe 6 teams from the same country but it would be epic.

Well, when there's been four qualifiers + a Europa League winner from a non-qualifying spot (2017 Man Utd, for example), the protocol has been that the fifth CL spot comes at the "expense" of a Europa League spot, so instead of 4 + 2 + 1, it's 5 + 1 + 1.

So I guess that might mean, if we get Roma in 5th place and Atalanta as EL winners, that there's no Serie A representation in the Europa League next year. But I don't know for sure, I'm leaning on precedents to guide me, perhaps down the wrong path.
