I actually support gradual changes in decision-making power structure in our club. If you realize, Moratti has been acting as majority owner and the person in charge of organization for decade. I wouldn't say it's entirely wrong, since I believe he always tries to do what's the best for the club. However, with the current structure, I don't see any check-and-balance mechanism specially when something is going wrong, due to the absolute power that Moratti has had. I would personally love to see if in the future the club could adapt with democratic structure applied by other foreign clubs (German clubs could be good examples) in order to create counter-mechanism when the club couldn't reach particular objectives (either sporting or economic ones) set by the owners.

The German club model is definitely the one to follow. We should have already started making these changes years ago to try and emulate what they've done but in an Italian environment.

Not really Fitz. Good example of a governing body that provided strategy/direction to improve clubs and its league is what the FA did in the early 90's for English football.

The FA made the EPL not the clubs. The clubs benefited hugely from it.

How much sane their finance states are, they after all end up with one big bully and other 17 clubs, and as German will never allow likes of Abramovich become an owner of clubs, it's really hard to stop that bullying.

I really like what he is saying here. We lacked experience in dealing with some of the players and their very bad form and performance as well as the conditions the team went through this season psychologically. On the subject of transfers, I really really hope he sticks to his word on the expectations based on the mercato part.

Moratti's biggest task is to transfer his role to someone else.., I don't believe he wants to hold on to this job forever.
But finding someone he can trust is so not easy, Fachetti was the best... and I think he is finding someone similar..

If he just is being irresponsible and sell inter to any one with money, this is to risky. or we intend to become ManU or Arsenal..
