I just really want Moratti to sell Inter.

I've never cared and I will never care how passionate he's a about Inter. I want competent President not a passionate one and he has showed he doesn't have what it takes, I'm talking from the business perspective of course.

Winning the Treble was the happiest I've ever been about sports but I want Inter to be successful in the long run, and the only way to do that is with the club being properly managed, he has showed that despite his best intentions he can't accomplish that. I mean the fact that after winning the Treble we actually came much worse from a business standpoint it's just perplexing, what a wasted opportunity.

For all I know things could get much worse with a new owner, but what I do know is that they aren't ever going to improve with Moratti at the helm and I think he knows that. I want at least a chance at things getting better.

I don't want Moratti at the head of the club either, but regardless your post deserves a face palm.

Moratti is no longer the president of Inter. Wow, just wow.

He's made many terrible decisions in management, and undoubtedly this club's success in recent years can be largely attributed to his chequebook, not by any competent intelligent decisions on his part.

However, he is a part of the history of this club, and if we ever build a new stadium the only choice for the name would be Massimo Moratti tbh. His first ever transfer as president was Javier Zanetti. He brought us legends when this club was plagued by corruption and stagnation on the pitch. We were in a period of serious decline and crisis, and it took a brave and passionate man to step in and help the club back to the upper echelons of EUropean football.

He brought us such spectacular players as Ronaldo, Baggio, Crespo, Zamorano, Recoba, and Vieri. Djorkaeff, Blanc, Zanetti, Materazzi, Cordoba, Samuel, Cambiasso, Adriano, Simeone, Veron Di Biagio, Toldo, Julione, Maicon, and even fucking Roberto Carlos. Holy shit, there are many more deserving names, but so little time to write them all down. He tried his best to give us success, and experienced many losses. Batistuta, Salas: these are some names of transfers which have robbed his pockets, but he continued to drain his account out of his genuine love and affection for the club.

No one else on this planet would even dare inject more than half a billion dollars into a football club. Thank you Massimone, pazza Moratti for all that you've done, you will always be a part of Inter's history.

:star:

If only your passion hadn't blinded you in your ignorance of financial responsibility and longevity, if only you tried to actually generate a profit out of the club and cover up the losses with revenue rather than your own funds.

You're not true interista if your heart doesn't leap a lil bit by the thought of not having Moratti as your president anymore.

I'm heartbroken today. Same heartbreak when someone disappoints you in personal life. Or same heartbreak when we lost Julio, or when Pupi and Milito got that awful injuries. :`(

Fuck you Thorir just doesn't sound the same as Fuck you Moratti

but I guess Massimo had to go one day. remember the good and bad times, and give the next president time to shape Inter how he want before being smartasses.

but don't expect him to go window-shopping like Moratti did.

He will surely be missed. Football doesn't have such presidents anymore.

Many people feel sentimental already eh? :D Nothing wrong with it, though.

Of all memories with him, his duet with Celentano in the century celebration party is my favorite. It was so candid but elegant. Sometime when I browse Youtube, I have no problem to re-watch the video again and again. Check it out:

I may be wrong here, but frankly I've never found president of a football club who has attachment with the fans as strong as him. You may never meet him personally but still able to realize his personal charisma is something that ought to be respected, even among the non-Interisti (yes, I know you are stalking here Juve or Milan fans).

I thank for everything you have done Mr. Moratti, whatever happens you are always my president. Grande Moratti.

He deserves a better speech. Moratti is like a father to me, I spent the last 20 last years of my life blaming him and cursing him for all of the mistakes he's done and continuously mocking him and his actions that led Inter to a consequence of dark years without winning shit. But deep inside I loved him so much and I always knew that he was trying so hard to make things right evenif he failed most of the time, I think this is how I see him like a father.

Words won't quite say it sometimes, but Massimo, Thank you so much.

Devious.

If somehow he's no longer a president, I suggest mods here consider to permaban anyone who posts 'F*ck Moratti' and any insults as such, in allegation of irrelevance and defiling our history.

Fuck, when I started supporting Inter him and Zanetti were already here. Moratti is leaving and I'm sad, when Capitano will retire too, I think I will kill myself.

My son who is coming in february will never get the chance to support the Inter I knew :( :(

I don't know if I will live to see an Inter team who's gonna make me dream like Gigi Simoni's Inter ...

Yeah, I know, we only won an Uefa Cup with him as a coach, but man this team was like ... Pfiou, you know something special is gonna happen every match with them, even 2010's Inter didn't make me cry like that one.

I hope you're right Seyedo, but I'm sorry for my son who's gonna witness a period of football with Messi, Neymar and co ... They're good, don't misunterstand me, but ... Maybe it's nostalgia but Ronaldo, Baggio, Batistuta, Zamorano, Recoba ... Per me, this is the real football.

And Massimo Moratti was the dream keeper at that time :(
