With all respects to some of the opinion against Mazzari, I don't think that someone else would do better with the current squad.
I am optimistic, Inter will sign one or tow good players and we will do good, my only question would be "Who will replace Guarin if he leave?"

This yes. We should stop give Kovacic full 90 minutes and start looking for a replacement for Cambiasso. Today he gave away too many balls. In his position with our error-prone defense we NEED someone to run in order to cover all those fuck-ups.

I agree. Don't think there are managers available who could do better with current squad. My first wish if Guarin leaves is that Kovacic gets full playing time. We should develop him along a new team. Forget the "let's play the same old team in order to get 3rd spot, if wrong, let's give Kova 20 min to prove his worth". That ain't working.

That's not the point of what I'm saying though, we shouldn't be focused on results, instead development should be our focus and we have the wrong man in charge to facilitate that.

Every year we have the most retarded goals and expectations of the squad/coach which is to re-qualify for UCL. Rather than suck it up and understand that we won't be a top team without developing our own youngsters we buy shitty has been players expecting them to bring us back to the promised land.

I'm not even mad at Mazzari or the players, since they can only do so much, they might be terrible but the immense pressure on them to perform at unrealistic expectations is not to be blamed on them. We have role players trying to be superstars and carry the team, it's not working and it's pathetic.

Honestly if Mazzari promised to develop the youngsters on the team as long as the results didn't matter (as long as we don't get demoted) and he wouldn't get fired for 2 years, I'd have no problem watching us remain a mid table team for a couple years. But right now we're still a mid level fucking team, but none of our youngsters are getting the opportunity to develop. It's bogus.

So to echo Cafe's sentiment, fuck the management for this shit, and fuck them for continuously shitting on this club.

When Mou came found Mota Lucio + Maicon as well as Shnider and etoo the only one Argi who added real value was MILITO when fit.

When MM wanted to cut the budget he removed Lucio , Maicon , Motta and JC. He kept Cambiasso and company.

Is Cambiasso of more value to the team more than any of of the above ???
The consequence is that the ASADO Clan control the dressing room and any new players will find it hard to fit in e.g Kova, Belfodil etc... while Icardi and Alvarez despite poor performances for one and half year. Also Guarin joined the ASADO clan and even when he is not doing well he is still playing..

When I watch the likes of Verona (Hell even Milan when they're not shit), I always see proper footballl even if they don't end up winning always. But as for us, we just can't pass the damn ball. It was Catania & Udine last seasons, this season it looks like Verona is on the rise, next season it will be another random team. But we will watch the same shitty display from Inter, no matter what.

Looking at some of our wins it's always the same shit, pass to the winger, run, cross & head or kick. Or score from set pieces. I can't recall a single good goal that came from our midfield. I can't recall a single good chance that was actually planned, our game is too damn predictable & boring.

Sorry, I refuse to believe we can't play proper football from time to time, I refuse to believe our players are worse than Verona's or hell even some teams below us (About time they overtake us), that play well. Anyone got answers? I know our midfield is shit but even when we have Kova & Ricky on the pitch it sometimes looks like we play with Zanetti & Cambiasso instead.
