10 years of FIFBut why the fuck do we sell him for 2,0m€ alltogether ? How does that make any sense at all? Isn't Benassi any more valuable? Or is this just a way for us to do the "co-ownership" stunt? We insert that buyback-clause and let Torino develop the guy? The 0,5m€ premium isn't that high from this point of view then.

10 years of FIFFIF Special OnesLike Browha previously mentioned, how good this deal is fully depends on how long the clause is in effect. If it's lifetime this is highway robbery in our favor. If this is only for a year, than I don't see us making a decision to bring him back so quickly and we are probably just delaying the inevitable loss of a solid player.
One thing I wouldn't do is underrate Benassi's ability. He fought his way into the Livorno line up and was not dropped afterwards, and at the expense of Duncan primarily. He is a good talent, and could be top level one day it all depends on how hard he's willing to work to refine his game. At this level it's usually those who are willing to dedicate the most time and effort to their craft that are the most successful, unless you've got god given gifts.
