please, i don't accept apologies, we MUST win without problems and with many many goals against Stjarnan....
I am not enthusiastic to see both Medel and Mvila on pitch simultaneously. I think these two should rotate for 1 defensive role. Both players on pitch would decrease Inter's attacking strength and probably ruin tons of attacks too.

or Bilan Gattuso-Pirlo-Ambrosini...
I won't bother to see Medel-Kovacic-M'Vila though...
I am not gonna claim it's 100 % impossible to start both Medel and Mvila. It all depends on formation and the tasks of the rest of the players, but in a normal 3-5-2 and Medel playing box-to-box I would say thats a very defensive approach. Demel/Mvila as box-to-box would not be more efficient than Messi playing left-back. Medel+Mvila offers zero goals, zero assists and in general nothing in the attacking part of the game, thats not in their DNA.
