I think our great start is partially fue to the fact that our time was completely overhauled in the summer and it takes other teams few games before they figure us out. The same way we always did well the first few games with a new coach.
But how will they figure us out when "we have no game plan"!?

Because having no game plan is also a plan.

And having a plan is also a game that you have to plan

I don't see how we fail to plan, when we are clearly planning to throw in defensive midfielders in there and hook every ball to Jovetic for him to create and score absolutely everything. It might not be the plan some haters here desire, but it is the plan we need to have a secure defense.

Like I said before, with a secure defense, we have already secured at least one point.

With a world class attacker like Jovetic, we can easily secure the other two.

One aspect of Mancini that is often overlooked here is his pulling power. Here is a post from the Milan forum, I guess our "grass looks greener" from their end:

The other thing we could do is hire a top manager with pulling power. It's impressive how Mancini signed Miranda, Kondogbia, Perisic, Jovetic despite them being guaranteed CL football elsewhere. Same goes for keeping hold of top players like Handanovic and Icardi. Unfortunately nobody wants to play for Midtablovic

I made this point before. Mancini is probably just as bad of a coach as Mazzari, but Mancini can attract players than Mazzari couldn't.

It's not really overlooked, especially not here. It's pretty much the most talked about characteristic of Mancini, i.e. his ability to convince players come to Inter. But I guess you got to victimize him a bit to make him more appealing.

I think it's a good idea to give Jovetić a breather, since we will have 3 games in 10 days

giving Ljajić to get some game time and not risking Jovetić, who is our main player in attack right now and who must play against Fiorentina

also trying out a 433, although it is against a side that is really well managed right now, with the Perišić-Icardi-Ljajić attack, we can hit them on counterattack

Maybe the idea in 433 is to stretch the sturdy Chievo defense line, not to counter attack an already deep defense line counter attacking team. Will see if this works against typical midtable Serie A team, then our chance for scudetto looks better.

Does Chievo play with a 4-man or 3-man defense? If with 3, we definitely gonna need some width to penetrate them.

Fuck a scudetto, it's too early to think about stuff like that. First we need to find some steady gameplans to win low and mid table clubs.

We are Inter, that is a heretic, absolutely unacceptable thing to say. What kind of a fan are you? You think we're Genoa or Sassuolo now? Fuck off to some midtable club for "steady gameplans" and "it's too early to think about Scudetto". Better yet, don't ever come back to FIF because we all know you're a fucking Juventino.

We won titles in the past by grinding out results with Ibramagic, remember that? We can repeat the past with Jovemagic and we are currently 9 points out of 9 so anyone that has anything else to say can fuck off. And do not forget about the essential Mancini factor. I remember our team couldn't do shit without him and Ibrahimovic's success here was so dependent on his tactics.

We all know you're a Bubentino at heart and yet you aren't looking at this in black and white as it should be.

Inter = best team in Serie A, therefore Inter should justify that claim by winning the Scudetto. Anyone that disagrees with that isn't an interista and wants to see Inter fail. Juventino confirmed.

Its funny how Moratti (and some other fans) are suddenly talking about the Scudetto this season! Just a month ago, even the optimists were hoping/praying for a top 3 finish, and there were fans (albeit from the dark side, like bandiera, n4l, nyall, etc) who were extrapolating the poor friendly results to a poor season and coach sacking.

I think both the optimists and the pessimists need to chill a bit. We have only won 3 games, and are going to field almost an entire new XI. This team will take time to gel, its going to be a rough ride ahead. Better be prepared.

We can be hopeful for a Top 3 finish, which IMO will be a good achievement for this team. That was the case 1 month ago, that is the case now, and that should be the case even if Inter win their next 3 games. Maybe in Jan-Feb we can look at our position/performance and reassess our season's objectives, now is not the time.

I remember certain people saying 'It doesn't matter how we win, just that we win', when we produced some kind of 'good run' when Strama was at the helm. In the end how we played didn't change and we started losing (especially after we sold Sneijder)

Please don't let this happen again. And don't play important pieces of our team when we don't have to (that is especially true for Miranda and Jovetić, keep those guys always fresh and ready for derbies)

Umm every year for the past 4 seasons everyone talked about the Scudetto, especially when we beat Sassuolo 7-0 or started off nicely with Strama...

But I noticed you mentioned my name.. Why? I don't even know since I barely even have the time to post here, or even read the forums.. But anyway, it's funny how you mention Moratti (and some other fans) talking, yet ignore the fact that the only reason why you're so going all over this forum feeling all vindicated and shit, posting article here and pro-Mancini shit there is because we've won these three games in a row. You post as of you were apart of every meeting and was consulted on every decision the club makes. Winning is nice, you're happy about that, but if you're not playing well, it's unsustainable, especially if an injury were to happen to our injury prone talisman who has scored 75% of our goals this season, or you know we play a good team with a proper game plan or *gasp* teams figure out that we really don't have a game plan at all.. A shitty pre-season followed by a promising start to the season isn't at all new to us. The only difference is, is that the teams that finished 10, 20 or even 30 points ahead of us last season are now a handful of points behind us now, after 3 whole games.

It's too early to even say that we're even better than the Inter that ended last season. There's still a long way to go. But yes, Top 3 will be a fantastic achievement for this club, and if we fail to reach it, all things considered Mancini should be fired and not given another summer (which will mostly include the sale of Icardi to sign another set of players to fit his "vision"). It didn't work for Sampdoria and it won't work for us. Selling your quality for quantity is not how big clubs become bigger or better. It's how mid-table clubs remain in the middle of the table.

I don't think that is winning ugly was the problem with Strama, it was far deeper than that. Mancini won't let the wheels fall off the wagon the same was Strama did, he's far more experienced and has actually coached title winning sides. Does that mean we don't need to start playing better football? Absolutely not, but I wouldn't expect a Strama level collapse even if we fail to play well collectively.
