There are only 3 question marks IMO:
1. Fullbacks - though it hardly matters because our options hardly differ on quality, I suspect the more attacking Telles & Nagatomo will get the nod.
2. RCM - This may be the time for Gnoukouri as the rumours suggest, though Mancini may prefer Guarin or Brozovic. Personally, I would prefer Brozovic, he is looking sharp and could help connect the defence with attack.
3. Ljajic - He will definitely play a role, but the question is whether he will start. While I would love to see Ljajic start over Icardi (we need more creativity against a possible wall), Mancini may want to start the well rested Icardi because he has a point to prove.
I will be surprised if there are any other changes.
