Inter agree Soriano terms?
Inter have reportedly agreed personal terms with Sampdoria’s Roberto Soriano, but are relying on Fredy Guarin’s move to Jiangsu Suning going ahead.

The Nerazzurri’s Colombian midfielder is believed to be on the verge of an €18m move to China, but the transfer is now under the spotlight after Luiz Adriano’s move from Milan to the same club fell apart.

Gazzetta dello Sport reports today that Inter sporting director Piero Ausilio met Soriano’s agent and that they have agreed a five-year deal worth €1.6m per season.

Sampdoria must now be convinced, but the report says that the Blucerchiati have extended the expiry date of the midfielder’s €15m buyout clause to tomorrow, 21 January.

After that date Inter will no longer be able to rely on getting the Italy international for that price, so further developments are expected today.

Biglia is our man but no way to sign him so Soriano is not bad option and way better than Guarin and Brozovic! Also Thohir like young players if he failed we can get 15m back immidieatly in summer for sure #ThohirLogic , #ShaqiriExample ;)

Yeah you are right, but clearly he has changed his philosophy over the years, he has a different view on football than in his early coaching days...So I don't even expect us to sign a regista like many are hoping

False regista or False DMC - Guarin, Brozovic, Kovacic - are the players that Mancini use for that position now is Soriano time :unsure: He use Yaya Toure at City on that position....

Not a regista and definitely not creative. Is the exact Guarin replacement minus Guarin's Clumsiness. Not what we need but definitely an upgrade. There aren't any quality available regista's it seems.

I know i just kidding :) But Mancio dont use regista and for that reason no Sneijder no Moutinho... Mourinho use regista, Mancini like MC players to defend more than do something in attack! He dont like Kovacic for that reason! Soriano is player that will fit perfect in Mancini tactic! But if Soriano forget that and want to be our new regista In summer he will go away if Mancini stay like Thohir say!

Let's look at situation from Sampdoria's perspective ...

They brought Eder for 3,5 milions, he's 29 and this is his biggest value in last 5 years. Next season he will be 30 and price will start decreasing. I don't know why we are so persistent. On the other side Muriel was paid 10 milions and he's benched at the moment. With selling Eder they will make a profit and protect their investment (Muriel).

About Soriano, just checked and he played for Bayern youth teams, he was born in Germany and Sampdoria brought him for only 500k. That's huge profit in possibly record transfer. Before him Icardi was 12 mil and Gabiadini 12.5, don't know before.

So Ranochia for Eder makes sense plus loan of Dodo and 12-13 milions for Soriano is very good piece of business too. I think it's win-win situation and that transfers will be set before January 30.
