If we start producing better and more consistent results we can reach 60k average tbh.We are at 45k loyal fans now

This is hardly a game for experiments but De Boer said yesterday that Icardi is perhaps more suited to having a 2nd forward with him upfront and mentioned how Palacio coming on helped Icardi.

Keeping this in mind and how poor Perisic was and Candreva not being much better, perhaps we can use the plethora of good midfielders we have

Do not think De Boer has ever played a 4-1-2-1-2 but with these midfielders I sometimes really wonder if playing 2 wingers makes much sense especially when they both have off days like against Pescara.

Perhaps we can do this at a later stage but having Banega,Mario,Kondogbia and Brozovic makes me really want atleast 3 of them starting.I also feel a chap like Medel is needed to simply run a lot and make those gritty tackles like Gattuso back during Milan's 02-07 era but who is not relied for passing at all.

I use "perhaps" a lot because this will not be happening but this formation should bring out the best in Icardi who can rely on a support forward [preferably Jovetic or Eder and not Palacio who De Boer mentioned.Plus Jovetic played off Gilardino to great effect at Fiorentina and I am hoping he rediscovers the same form] to have more space.Our lack of good wingbacks is a problem in this sadly.

If we had a smaller stadium (like Juventus), we would've filled it almost every time. We had the best average of attendance last season in Serie A.
